Change OpenSearch Dashboard domain name

Hi I'm new to AWS and currently using OpenSearch for log analytics. What I want to do is change the domain name. whats the path i should look to change the domain name?

Standard one is https://search-mydomain-1a2a3a4a5a6a7a8a9a0a9a8a7a.us-east-1.es.amazonaws.com/

cant we change it from search as well.i mean remove search from the URL

Like https://"MyDomain".es.amazonaws.com/
