I understand your desire to clear your AWS Skill Builder portal of registered but untaken courses from the previous year. Unfortunately, there isn't a direct way for users to remove or delete courses they've registered for but haven't taken within the AWS Skill Builder portal.
The "Mark as Outdated" option you've used is typically the recommended way to manage courses you no longer wish to see prominently in your portal. However, this doesn't completely remove the courses from your account.

The ability to remove training or cancel enrollment should be a basic feature in a training platform. This response is disappointing.
