AMI created by Server Migration Service

we had used Server Migration Service in past to migrate On Premise servers to AWS and this activity created many AMI with name Created by SMS can we delete that?

Yes if you do not need to launch any instances from that ami anymore. There is actually a feature released yesterday to see when the ami was lastlaunched
