This is definitely an error from AWS end. You can reach out to the support team and ask them about your examination status. Depending on the test delivery provider PSI or Pearson reach out to them on a call. In pearson website you can find customer care phone numbers and speak with them

Hey Sahith, thanks for the reply. I did have a chat with the Pearson customer care service, they said they have filed a ticket and I would get a response via email (They did give me the ticket number, though I'm not sure what use it has). This is just frustrating.
Hi Shlok, hope the support team has reached you. You can use this ticket number as a reference for your issue. So whenever you reach out to support again just give them the number and they will give you status of the issue.
