My fresh new amazon affiliate API is not working || com.amazon.paapi5#TooManyRequestsException | throttling

I just access to create amazon product advertising API. I created one to explore the API, I followed the amazon product advertising API 5.0 documentation. I also use the amazon sample NodeJS SDK https://webservices.amazon.com/paapi5/documentation/quick-start/using-sdk.html but it's give me the error.

Status Code: 429 Error Object: "{"__type":"com.amazon.paapi5#TooManyRequestsException","Errors":[{"Code":"TooManyRequests","Message":"The request was denied due to request throttling. Please verify the number of requests made per second to the Amazon Product Advertising API."}]}"

as shown in error response that I have requested more than my quota. but I didn't so I for an hour and then I tried but it was still not working. so I wait a day and then try but the response is same. I am just getting the error response. I have contact with amazon team they just send me a same reply again again. so I am posting the problem in here. kindly help please, it's very important. Thanks
