Sudden NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID on ACM certs

Question

Suddenly we see NET:ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID on our ACM certificates we have not changed the certificate, and all looks good in the ACM dashboard. What could be causing this?

Hello,

Given these informations, it possible that your certificate **expired**. If you imported your certificate in ACM, ACM is not able to automatically renew your certificate (cf. [Managed renewal for ACM certificates](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/acm/latest/userguide/managed-renewal.html)).

In this case, you need to [request a new certificate](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/acm/latest/userguide/gs-acm-request-public.html).
