Step by step guide - to connect to (VPN over DirectConnect) - AWS to OCI

Hi,
I'm looking for the steps to configure AWS to OCI connectivity through a partner like Equinix facbric for direct connectivity. I'm trying to configure for additional compliance reasons a "VPN over DirectConnect "to the other OCI Cloud tenancy. I'm looking for the steps to achieve this.
Can anyone share the end to end steps to achieve this.? I have seen quite a videos on setting up Direct Connect and VPN as a backup, but I could not see "setting up a VPN over a Direct Connect" to let's say on-prem network etc.

Hello.

I found a Japanese blog that features content similar to what you're interested in.  
AWS uses Direct Connect, while OCI uses Fast Connect.
