User is not able to see data in the QuickSight table/visual even after getting the access

One of the user is not able to view the data in QuickSight dashboard even after getting the access. Everyone else in the permission list is able to see the same data except for that specific user. Tried below options :

  1. Gave co-owner access, still user is not able to view the data
  2. Tried removing and adding user again
  3. User is connected to VPN still not able to view the data
