Can't launch instance - Server.InternalError: Internal error on launch

I am also trying to launch instance using the option "Launch More Like This" for the existing running instance. But each time I launch the instance in US West (Oregon) / us-west-2a, I get error after the instance get launched it shows terminated status after few minutes with following error:

State transition reason: Server.InternalError
State transition reason message: Server.InternalError: Internal error on launch

The instance shows the status as: terminated. There is nothing reported on system log for the instance.

Any suggestions why it is happening and how to find out the reason for this failure.
