Hello,
This seems to be a known issue as the underlying metadata of iceberg deletion makes timeout from Athena. You can alternatively try to,

delete data/metadata from S3 location if any still exist by manually goto your iceberg location and delete the entire folder.

Navigate into Glue --> Tables --> Select the table(iceberg) --> Delete. This will delete the iceberg table gracefully.
