Urgent-AWS Certification Account LastName update

Hello,

I have gone https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-training to update Last Name in my Certification Account profile to comply with my Id proof. My last name on the certification account is . However, my last name on my Government ID is. I didn't hear back from anyone. Please help me to get update my Last Name as I have Exam on September 5, 2022.
