WorkMail unable to receive email from Shopify contact form

Hi,

As the subject mentions, my WorkMail email is not receiving any messages sent from my Shopify website contact form. The email is verified on SES and I am able to receive a test email. I am also able to receive email from email providers like Gmail and Yahoo.

Could it be that Shopify is blocked?

I've set up the following in Route53 for WorkMail and Shopify compliance:

I was able to resolve this by adding shopify's ip address to SES IP Address Filter and select "allow".
