AWS WAF ACL - is there a limit to how many resources can be added?

Question

I'm creating a multi tenant architecture. Each tenant will have their own cognito user pool. I want to associate each user pool with a single WAF ACL. Im guessing i could have up to 4000 user pools attached to it. Is there a limit on the number of resources (in this case Cognito User Pools) that i can add to an ACL?

I've searched the WAF quotas page, but couldn't see a specific limit for resources.

Hi,

My current understanding is that you can associate WAF rule with a Cognito pool on the Cognito side. So, not necessarily on the WAF side: it means that you won't hit any limit on a WAF ACL.
