Installing Packages on ec2 via SSM Run document

Question

What are the steps to install security binaries on EC2 via SSM Run documents? I have a run document created that has the python and shells to install the packages.  How would this be executed to install these packages on EC2? Trying to find associated documentation for this. The installations required are Tanium, Splunk and Crowdstrike

Please note, the document was created through Terraform. However when I try executing on console, I get this error
