Hello, Thank you for your question. I am not exactly sure which service you are using and the method you are using for connecting. If I have misunderstood your question please provide additional clarification so that I can better assist you. If you are using RDP to connect to a Windows system you would need to:
- Enable remote audio settings over the rdp client of your local machine. In the rdp window:
- Click show options and go to Local resources tab.
- Click the button for audio settings and configure them accordingly.
- Another solution could be configuring instance as an rds session host.
