We're currently downloading your exam files: 0% OnVUE

Hello

I scheduled my exam for today at 9:15 am, passed all system verification steps, identity and network completed successfully. the last steps were blocked with a message "We are currently downloading your exam files: 0%" no progress in 1 hour.

I reconnect to my AWS account and I try to reschedule my exam, but OnVUE block me since I have failed to load my exam.

How can I retake my exam?

Regarding retesting, we probably cannot resolve the issue through re:Post, so we recommend that you contact Pearson VUE from the URL below.
