S3의 알림설정에는 Object Upload 알림은 존재하나 Download는 존재하지 않습니다.
해당 알림을 구현하기 위해서는 매우 복잡한 과정을 거쳐야 합니다.
AWS에서 제공하면 매우 편리할것 같지만 제공하지 않고 있습니다.
이유가 궁금합니다.
