About dynamic change of IP address

Question

How will the IP address change if you set up a server using an EC2 instance?
Does it change in a certain amount of time?
Does it change depending on the increase or decrease in communication charges?

Answer

There are several possible IP addresses that are assigned to an instance but the primary private IP address will not change. See this, [Amazon EC2 instance IP addressing
