Transfer Family Custom Identity provider Authentication using API Gateway Cross Account

Is it possible to integrate a transfer family custom identity provider on account A with an API Gateway on Account B using IAM authorizer settings? And how to do it?

Hello Danniel,

AWS Transfer Family doesn't support cross account IdentityProvider setups. Therefore, you would be unable to use an API_Gateway in Account B for a Transfer server in Account A. Further, this is true for Lambda_IDP and DirectoryServices_IDP authentication types as well. 
I would suggest you submit a Feature Request to Transfer Family team by reaching out via AWS Support.
