Build error due to devtoolset 6 for XRT installation

Hi everyone!

I am trying to build XRT for Xilinx SDX 2018.2 and using Xilinx community AMI or AWS FPGA AMI v1.5.1. I am having problem with installing devtoolset 6. I have tried some workarounds such as changing repo, etc. Yet, it still cannot install it. I also cannot build with devtoolset 7 8.

What am I missing to configure?
