I already requested the exit of the sandbox in this id support 9448433731 and I also made 2 more requests to change the SES limit and all were denied. I put in the requests all the information requested by AWS and even then I can't get into production. The system is going into production and I need the email tool working URGENT

Hello,

In general, when requesting access to SES production the AWS SES Trust and Safety team will review the request details (use case, handling bounces ..etc [[1]] ), the details must comply with the AWS Acceptable Use Policy ( http://aws.amazon.com/aup/ ) and read the Amazon SES Service Terms (section Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) of http://aws.amazon.com/service-terms/ ).

That said please note that the Production access and Limit Increase requests decision is under the sole discretion of AWS SES Trust and Safety team and when they take decisions, it depends greatly on how the service will be used and if it can impact the AWS SES negatively.

When they do deny the request, they'll do so while stating what other information they'd need, and you can work with them via same case to ensure that you get required support as needed, hence I suggest that you reach out to them again to understand why they have denied the request.

Once you reach out to them, they might ask you follow-up questions such us but not limited :

  • What is the nature of your business, and how do you plan to use Amazon SES to meet the needs of your business?
  • How do you collect the email addresses that are on your mailing list?
  • How do your subscribe and unsubscribe processes work?
  • How do you handle bounces and complaints?

Please reply to the support case for further investigations/details, and please check the above AWS policies for further information.

Thanks Monica_L for the reply!

Indeed they responded by asking me these questions and I answered them following the guidelines of those documents you mentioned and yet I was denied. Now I can no longer request the entry into production, only the limit increase and I already did, but it was also denied. How can I make a new production entry request?

I tried to enable production mode in another area (Case ID 9538905261) and my information was this:

Use case description: How do you plan to create or acquire your mailing list? The user himself will register in the system and inform his e-mail so that he can receive information, alerts, recover passwords.

How do you plan to handle returns and? System of problems with the constant sending of a part of shipments and the delivery or constant return of the shipments of a base of emails do not cause that problems with the constant sending of a base of emails are sent or constant returns.

How can recipients opt out of receiving emails? The user himself can unsubscribe from receiving emails directly in the email or via the system where he can choose which notifications he wants to receive or unsubscribe altogether.

How did you choose a shipping rate or shipping quota that you specified in this request? It was taken into account that the system is at the beginning of its operation and still has few users. At a new time, the quota increase will be requested if necessary.

my request was denied with no response.

how you was able to pass the SES sandbox rejection? I am facing the same issue, amazon rejected me with no explanation, for "security reasons", it is very frustrating.
