I believe you are facing this issue with PCoIP Workspaces. With PCoIP Workspaces this is a known issue and we are working with concerned team to fix this. However, there is a workaround that you can follow to get this to work. Below are the steps you need to follow.
- Apply GPO to disable time zone redirection as mentioned in public docs .
- Open regedit.msc and delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Teradici\PCoIPAgent\ConsoleTimeZone after taking backup.
- Open CMD as admin and run tzutil /s "<You can set time zone you want>"
- Reboot WorkSpaces and it would retain the time zone you set.

Thank you for your suggestion.
As I am using client, I do not have access to open or access regedit.msc
Can you please suggest any other options that can do without any admin access if any.
