Redirected Printing from local macOS Sonoma not working: Unsupported document-format “application/postscript”

Got this working temporarily by switching the driver for the redirected printer from the default MS Publisher Imagesetter driver to Microsoft Print to PDF, but this setting reverts on each new login. I'm not sure if there's anything we can do to resolve aside from trying to script the driver change at login.

Is there a way to change the default fall back driver for PCOIP? I saw a log entry about it once but was never able to find it again.
