Rout 53 Microsoft DNS for email configurations

When we add both AWS and Microsoft NS records

You either use the AWS NS records and administer DNS from Route 53, or use the Microsoft NS servers and administer DNS from (I assume?) Azure.

In whichever one you choose to use, once the name server records have propagated you can then create a record of type MX whose value is the Microsoft email server.
