Can I join master account Landing Zone to another AWS Partner Org for billing purpose?

I plan to create Landing Zone (Control Tower) for my company. It will create the organization as well. I want to know if I still can join master account Landing Zone to another AWS Partner Org for billing purpose?

Answer

You will not be able to join another AWS Org per the prerequisites, it states "The account that you wish to enroll must exist in the same AWS Organizations organization as the AWS Control Tower management account".
