API Gateway - Gateway response - HTTP API

Question

With HTTP APIs, is there a way to customise the response sent back in errors from the API GW itself - i.e. is there an equivalent to Gateway Responses in REST APIs?

Changing API Gateway errors is currently not supported. You can use [response parameters ](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/apigateway/latest/developerguide/http-api-parameter-mapping.html) to transform the HTTP response from a backend integration before returning the response to clients. You can modify headers or the status code of a response before API Gateway returns the response to clients.
