No authority to make group policy changes

Hi,

I'm trying to disable the clopboard in my WorkSpaces so am following the instructions ar https://docs.aws.amazon.com/workspaces/latest/adminguide/group_policy.html

I'm on the "Install the Group Policy Administrative Template" step.

After copying the pcoip.adm file and starting gpmc.msc as Admin in a WorkSpace, I try to follow: "3. Open the context (right-click) menu for the machine account organizational unit and choose Create a GPO in this domain, and link it here."

I can't because "Create a GPO in this domain" is grayed out.

I also can't see my WorkSpaces or Users in the relevant section.

I'm using AD Connector talking to an AWS hosted AD.
