AWS is not functioning in my network

We have been working with WAMIC at Niagara College and the lead Professor has retired. He did all of the AWS related matters related to our project. Our company IT engineer transferred our website from AWS to his server, and later our systems in the field no longer function via AWS and our APP no longer functions via AWS. No one at WAMIC seems to have an answer or solution to the down network. Our IT Engineer does not see a problem from his end, when he transferred the website that somehow was impacted by easyDNS. No one seems to have a solution and it has been 3 weeks since our network is down. I have emailed an AWS technician twice and have not received a response to my inquiry on a possible solution. Does anyone have a viable solution?
