Can't SSH to EC2 instance

Can't SSH to my ec2 instance Getting error : shell request failed on channel 0

I have already checked the following: Network connectivity and internet access on our end. Security group rules and firewall configurations. Server instance status and health checks. Key pair authentication and SSH access.
