How can I leave AWS with my domain?

I am thinking of suing AWS because they have blocked my domain meaning my website has been down for over a month and no one is trying is attempting to assist me with this issue just a bunch of emails that mean nothing if i can't access the account by the email it was created with. So, I created another account and registered my domain again. AWS charged me on yesterday. Now they are threating to cancel it again. Can anyone tell me what to do moving forward i am losing my patience with your service and I want out with my domain which i purchased a few years ago. How can I take my domain and leave ?
