Exam with PSI could not verify ID

Question

I have an exam booked for 13:00 WAT today 17th-09-22 with PSI. during the check in, the proctor said the name on my ID (Popoola Olayinka Israel) is not the same as appeared on the portal (Popoola Israel). 
i presented 4 means of Identification, but unfortunately, all are with the middlename.
I was unable to sit for the exam.
On the demographic page of AWS training, there is no slot for middlename, hence the confusion.
What do I do next. I hope I wont have to pay another exam fee for this.
