Cant create account on Quicksight community

Hi! I have an enterprise edition user on Quicksight. I've been attempting to create a user account on the Quicksight community, but each time, Quicksight informs me that it has sent an activation email, which I am not receiving. I have verified that the email I provided is correct and have also checked my spam folder. I've tried multiple times over the past three days, but nothing seems to work. What should I do?

Is your email domain rejecting email from Amazon?

If not, you will need to contact AWS support by opening a case with "Account and billing".
