Using serverless, sls remove won't work with a very specific case

The the whole issue is described here: https://github.com/serverless/serverless/issues/11133

The point is, I'm looking for hints, ideas, where this problem may be in AWS side. I feel like there's a zombie feature somewhere in AWS ecosystem that simply does not play ball with the specific word private-eye-converter.
