AMI image issue

Question

I'm trying to create AMI image for my EC2 instance. But getting this error ''Failed to create image from instance i-0a4f***********''. Request limit exceeded.
Why is it so ? I have tried to create even after rebooting my instances.
I'm getting the same error with shutdown instances too.

Are you sure? I think that error just indicates that you've exceeded the request rate limit for that api:
