AWS Credits for Bedrock

Bedrock's model call fees are treated as a marketplace, with the exception of Amazon's Titan series, so I think they are outside the scope of AWS credits.
You can check the applicable services on the credit screen.

You can see from your invoice that you were charged by Marketplace as shown below.

If you are unsure, I recommend that you open a case with AWS Support under "Account and billing".
