AWS MGN: Launch Test Instance Failed

While doing migration from on-prem vSphere to AWS Cloud with AWS MGN agentless vcenter client, the replication of disk happens smoothly but when I launch my test instance it is launched and then self terminated by the job.

Not able to find the root cause of this. Anything is greatly appreciated.
