Fulfilment section is missing for Fallback Intent in Amazon Lex

There is no fulfilment section for the built-in Fallback Intent, where we have the option of
Use a Lambda function for fulfilment
nor the checkbox Use a Lambda function for fulfillment under Code Hooks

For other intents - you should be able to navigate to Fulfillment > Advanced Options > enable fulfillment

For fallback intent - we should get back shortly.
