Does enabling open tracking in deliverability dashboard manager change domain settings?

Hello team, I went to ‘Virtual Deliverability Manager’ in the AWS Console, and it is asking me to “Turn on engagement tracking” at the account level. We have Click tracking and Open tracking enabled already. Does ‘Virtual Deliverability Manager’ change anything with our current set-up if we choose the “Turn on” or “Turn off” options?

Hi.

We have Click tracking and Open tracking enabled already.

Do you use Configuration Set ?
If you use Configuration Set to set some tracking, so you can overwrite Virtual Deliverability Manager Setting using Configuration Set.

It does not affect existing settings.

    Can you provide more details? For example, how would VDM work in the context of a custom Configuration Set? And what about for a Configuration Set that already includes tracked links?
