Also, what kind of service caused the error?
Are you using Amazon SES to send emails?

Had to change: STREAM_CRYPTO_METHOD_TLS_CLIENT To: STREAM_CRYPTO_METHOD_TLSv1_2_CLIENT
All is well now. :)

Thanks for the super fast reply!! No actions. Everything has been the same. PHPMailer is what I'm using. Yes, Amazon SES. I had been receiving emails about changing to TLS 1.2, "Please update your client software as soon as possible to use TLS 1.2 or higher to avoid an availability impact." However, phpinfo.php shows that I have tlsv1.2.
Just to be sure, you might want to check whether TLS 1.1 is being used. The answers to the questions below contain research methods that may be helpful.
