Lambda (NET6) Uploading zip timeout

I am developing Lambda (NET6). When upload a zip I receive an error

Timeout

pm2aws.zip 34.84 MB

I tried to upload later but again the same error. P.S. I have tried to upload the zip using Brave, Vivaldi browsers. The same timeout error.

What can be the reason? How to upload it?

Does uploading code with the following AWS CLI command result in a timeout?
