Instance unreachable intra-region.

Instance unreachable from home region.
SSH, HTTP

I can reach the instance via HTTP when using a VPN node that is outside my home region.

Instance is reachable again from home region for a few days if I stop and start the instance.
After several days the instance becomes unreachable again.

How can I solve this issue?
