My account was suspended, but I need to change my payment method. My credit card has not activated long time ago.

Hello, Unfortunately I couldnt login my aws consol due to my account was susspended. I need to change my payment method to pay billing. However I didnt change even if I tired to change many times. Here you can find screenshots and my account detail as attached.

If you can't access the console of an account that is suspended, please contact the AWS Account Verification team using the [https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-account-verification] per https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/reactivate-suspended-account
