Delete input and output data generated by an Async Sagemaker endpoint

Hi all,

I'm switching from a traditional real-time Sagemaker endpoint to an asynchronous one. Everything is working as expected, but my only concern is what to do with the input and output data stored in the S3 bucket associated to the endpoint.

Is there any way to delete the input and output data once it is used? I do not want to have that data stored forever.

Hi Tad,

You can delete outdated S3 objects by using "S3 lifecycle configuration".

You can use this approach not only for async endpoint but also regular synchrouns endpoint.
