How to Add transform classes to MSK connect

We added our own Jar with transformation classes to MSK Connect plugin zip file. We then specified the name of the connector in a transform property . Unfortunately we are getting 'Class not found' error. We verified and jar & class exist in ZIP & plugin configuration is correct. Is it possible to add our custom transform classes to MSK connect (plugin.path?) ?
