Free Tier Usage related

Question

In my console its showing 3 EC2 instances are running. But I could'nt able to figure out which is actually running. I  can clearly see that instances running as zero in all regions.Could you help to figure it?

Hello.

First of all, can you check in which region EC2 is running from the URL below?  
https://us-east-1.console.aws.amazon.com/ec2globalview/home?region=us-east-1#

After confirming the region where EC2 is running, open the EC2 console for that region in the management console.  
This will allow you to check which EC2 is running.
