Access denied error from AWS-SDK NPM

Hello,
Can someone help me resolve the issue I am facing?

I am using an AWS S3 Bucket to store images coming from a node.js server. Sometimes, I receive an error from the AWS-SDK NPM Package. Please see the attached screenshots. Thank you in advance for your help.

To answer your first question, this issue appears to only happen sometimes. As for your second question, could you please clarify what you mean by authentication method?
