Does Cloudfront Distributions domain affect SEO?

Today I accidentally discovered that the Cloudfront Distributions domain (xxxxxx.cloudfront.net) can be accessed directly, Like a mirror site of my site, I'm worried, will this affect SEO?
 Is there a way to close access to the CloudFront Distributions domain?

Seems like you can do it simply by blocking access to the cloudfront domain if the hostheader does not match the alternate domain name(s) with a WAF-rule.
