Kinesis frontend not working for me

I am only seeing labels in Kinesis frontend. You can see from below screenshot.

Hello,
I was not able to reproduce this bug by browsing to ca-central-1 and loading the Kinesis Data streams page. Can you share what actions you took before the Data streams dashboard appeared like this?

Not only ca-central-1 region, I am getting this issue for all regions. I did not make any actions before. Logged into aws --> Searched for Kinesis in search bar --> Selected kinesis.
I am getting this issue.
This issue is present only in my newly created aws account. My workplace account doesn't have this issue.
