extract re:post dashboard

Hi team,

I'm actually using AWS account of my company to connect to my re:Post dashboard, we will shortly switch to new AWS accounts and close our current accounts.

is there a way to extract my dashboard questions and answers to not lose access to re:Post once we close the current AWS account?

I have the same concern, I use the AWS company account and it can be decommissioned so what would be the solution to not lose my profile

Thank you for reaching out. We are working on a solution for this. In the meantime we can move your re:Post profile to a new AWS login by request so long as you can still access, and re-verify, your verified email address.
