I manually deleted a specific resource, and I can not delete the cloudformation stack

Question

I have 3 stacks deployed in ue-east-1, and I accidentally manually deleted `AWS::Events::Rule` resources of these stacks. Then if I call delete-stack to delete them, this error shows:

❯ aws cloudformation delete-stack --region us-east-1 --stack-name {my-stack-name}

An error occurred (ValidationError) when calling the DeleteStack operation: Role arn:aws:iam::{my-account-id]:role/cdk-{events-rule-resource-name} is invalid or cannot be assumed
```

Hello.

It could be an IAM role dependency issue.  
I recommend that you check the following documents for troubleshooting.  
The IAM role that was created together may also have disappeared, so creating an IAM role with the same name may solve the problem.
